At Way of Wade, we are committed to your satisfaction and performance on the court. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn sneakers or apparel in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely taped.
Ship the Items
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
